Velcome to my blog. Mwa ha ha.
I'm hosting a Halloween party for a bunch of little ghouls this weekend and I will be handing out ribbons for the best costumes. I thought instead of buying some I would make my own.
As you can tell, I love rosettes. I used the rosette part of the set Vintage Halloween Party Bags from SVGcuts. I cut the rosettes at almost 6:5 inches tall.
The paper ribbon part that attaches to the back I designed in my Inkscape and added it. I was going to use clothe ribbon but thought coordinating paper ribbons would look nice instead.
Hot glue gun to the rescue. I added embellishments and remember the tag from yesterday? I just glued a jewel on it where the ribbon would go through and attached it to my rosette. Those little tags are very versatile. I'm hosting a Halloween party for a bunch of little ghouls this weekend and I will be handing out ribbons for the best costumes. This little tag is cut at 2 inches across by about 2 1/2 inches long using the Bags, Tags, and Boxes with my Cricut Expression.
BLOG CANDY - It's like Halloween candy but without the calories.
This time around I'll be throwing some Paula Deene gift tags in the mix. These tags come in handy when you don't have time to make one of your own or you can add a little extra something to make it your own. Sorry no picture today.
There are only two requirements for this: 1. leave a comment with your email address 2. Become a follower or state it in your comment if you are one already.
(Every time you leave a comment, you get your name in the drawing again so if you stop by all 13 days then you're name will be in the drawing 13 times so who says 13 is an unlucky number?
Beware of ghosts and werewolves as you continue on your journey to Tami and we'll see you tomorrow. : ) Jearise in Lorby's World.
