This is a blog hop featuring projects inspired by our family tree and our Grandparents in honor of National Grandparents Day.
Lorby's World is the blog to start at and she is offering a special prize to one lucky person. All you have to do is hop through all the participants in the blog hop and leave a comment on each of the their blogs. Lorby's World will pick a winner to be announced on Wednesday, September 12th.
Here's a peak at what you could win just for hopping and commenting on each blog.

Now on with the hop and celebrating all things family.
This picture of my father and son was taken back in 2007. My son, who was 8 at the time, wanted to take a picture of his Papa and himself with his Papa's Polaroid Camera to give to us. This was a selfie before anyone knew what a selfie was.
It's wonderful to have this picture along with my son's handwriting. My son is 19 now and my father passed away a year after this picture was taken.
Products for project:
Paper from the DCWV called "The French Country Stack"
I used my Cricut to cut out the letters and the flowers.
Letters from the cartridge: Batman
Flowers from the cartridge: Simply Charmed
