April Sketch Blog Hop

The purpose of this hop is to show how all of these talented bloggers can take the same sketch and come up with totally different cards. If you've never used a card sketch before, give it a try!

This month's design is...
 I used this sketch to make a sympathy card for our neighbor who just recently lost his daughter.

I was suppose to use a ribbon in the background middle area but I didn't think it would look right. The sentiment was optional on the front so I stamped mine on the inside of the card. The sentiment came from Stampendous! Encouraging Words set.
I used the Celtic Knot Frame from the Celtic Knot Collection and the cross is from the Easter Elements collection of which both are from SVG Attic.

The paper is from K & Company and has a embossed design on it that you can see in this picture below.
