Chalk N Stock Anything Goes Monthly Challenge

Welcome to my post for the Chalk N Stock challenge that began Monday so you have a lot of time to get those awesome projects done and linked to this month's challenge. All we ask is that you use chalk somewhere in your project.

Chalk is a wonderful medium when it comes to coloring backgrounds or inking around your projects. I use it almost daily in my card making.

Here is this week's project using a hilarious digital stamp from Bugaboo stamps. I plan on giving this funny card to my teenager for his birthday. He's get a good laugh out of it and I hope you do to.

The Bugaboo digital stamp is Stella - birthday booger.  I used Pebbles chalk for her dress, hair and balloon and also the background and blue outer line. I then used blue chalk ink for the edge of the card to tie everything together.

Thanks for stopping by today and now head on over to Chalk N Stock and join the April Challenge. I can't wait to see your creations!

Happy Wednesday from Lorby's World.

March Mustache Madness Blog Hop

Welcome to our March Mustache Madness Blog Hop hosted by me, Jearise from Lorby's World of Hops. Mustaches are all the craze now and we decided we needed to show off our mustachabilities through crafting and jump on the band wagon. We hope you enjoy all the fun and silly projects that have been made incorporating mustaches.

I have some cool mustache prizes to give away to one lucky winner. Just comment on my blog and become a follower or let me know if you are one already and you'll be in the drawing. How easy is that!

Now on to the mustaches and fun!

Here is the file I used to make my mustaches. I designed it as a svg file and if you would like it just let me know in your comment and add your email so I can send it to you.

I used a svg set I designed to make the paper ties and mustaches for my kids to have fun with.

The neighbor girl came over to play and she decided to join in the fun.

Even the dog got in on the fun.

If you would like to get in on future hops, you can join Lorby's World of Hops on Facebook.

Chalk N Stock DT

There are only 10 days left in the challenge at Chalk N Stock. If you use chalk for anything on your project, you are eligible to submit an entry. Just jump on over to Chalk N Stock March Challenge to join the fun.

Here is my inspiration for today.

This cute little fairy came from The Stamping Chef and I used chalk to color her clothing and to give the background a light blue tint. The half pearls come from Miriam's Crafting Supplies on Facebook.

Thanks for stopping by today and hugs from Lorby's World.

DT Tuesday for My Life in Arts and Craft

Hello all!

I'm a little behind on St. Patrick's Day due to vacation time and away from my computer but I have to show off this adorable hat card I made.

The green burlap is from the My Life in Arts and Craft store. I folded over a piece to give it extra thickness and a fuller fringe. Here's a close up.
This is the inside of the card.

Thanks for stopping by today and hugs from Lorby's World.
