Family Blog Hop

Family is a special word that means more then those that are actually related to us. It is a word that means those that are close to us. Those that are there for us when we cry or laugh and just want to talk. Families are special and this is a special time to be thankful for our family be it big or small, near or far. Please join our crafters as they celebrate families through their creativeness and love.

I am Jearise from Lorby's World and your hostess today. I have a special give away of these stamps and brads. I ask that you become a follower and leave a comment on my blog to be qualified.

I also ask that you take the time to hop all the way through and to leave comments for the other crafters in this hop. They have worked so hard to make this hop happen.

Here is my idea of FAMILY... A children's photo book that my children can personalize and make their own.

We just moved here to Lakeway, TX this summer from living their whole lives in Tucson, AZ. It was very hard on my daughter at the time but all my children have settled in, made new friends, and love it here! I thought a photo book that they could personalize and make their own was a special gift that will last a lifetime. I made areas for photos of friends and family.

I'll be honest, it's still a work in progress but I still needed to share so as to give you time to make one for you special child or grandchild if you like the idea.

Thank you for stopping by today and now please continue on to Cicily

  4. That book is so great! I totally adore it. Are you going to put journaling spots on the pages with the cuts?

    1. The children will be able to write in the spot above the cut out that's why I went with solid colors. I was going to put a journaling stamp or paper there but then thought about my son's handwriting at this age and how he needs an open space to write. I am working on one for my daughter and may add the journaling stamps or spot since she writes small.

  10. Jearise, this is SUCH a cute idea!!! Kids adjust to big moves so much easier than we do, but it's nice for them to have a way to keep their memories. Beautiful job, and thanks for the chance to hop with you!!
